We're seeking a Workday Integration Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining over 100 integrations using Python, SOAP web services/APIs, Workday Studio DT, and EIB. You'll be responsible for analyzing technical impacts, creating documentation, training clients, and ensuring seamless data flow across our Workday ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and communicate the technical impacts of proposed Workday integrations.
• Develop and maintain Python code for SOAP integrations.
• Configure Workday Studio DT and EIB integrations.
• Create clear and concise documentation for L2/L3 support teams.
• Deliver training sessions to educate clients on Workday integration best practices.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in Workday Financials, HCM, and Workday Studio.
• Proven experience with FDM, Configuration Workbooks, and Workday security.
• In-depth knowledge of financial management processes (P2P, O2C, R2R).
• Experience with ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft preferred).
• 4+ years of business process analysis and requirements gathering.
• Workday experience and/or certification a plus.

• Experience in a consulting environment.
• Workday Financial Management certification.
