-Experience running O365 related technology projects

-End-User Services Experience: Experience managing end-user services related projects
-Jira Proficiency
Pluses:
-Technical Background: Understanding of IT systems, software licenses, and email flow would be advantageous.
-M365 Governance Knowledge: Experience with Microsoft 365 governance tasks would enhance the candidate's capabilities.
-Experience working with PowerApps (creating or updating), would be beneficial.
D2D:
-Lead projects involved in the transition away from spin off systems, including M365 license separation.
-Manage email forwarding license governance and removal.
-Coordinate the exit from CES for email flow.
-Oversee software license contract exits (Adobe, Foxit, and M365).
Team projects you may lead:
-Software Lifecycle Management: Document, support, patch, deploy, and monitor non-M365 end-user software (e.g., Adobe, Foxit, DocuSign).
-License Reclamation Process: Identify and reclaim stale licenses (e.g., Project, Visio).
-M365 Governance: Handle a broad range of governance tasks.
-PowerApps Deployments: Create and update end-user-facing Power Apps.
-Teams Premium Rollout
-Compliance Activity (Deploy email retention policies, etc.)
