Scrum Master

● A minimum of 7 years of concurrent experience in project and program management including:

○ Experience managing IT projects and programs.○ Experience in coaching multiple agile teams

○ Knowledge and experience in Cloud Platforms like Azure / AWS / GCP

○ Proven experience as a scrum master – KANBAN/SCRUMBAN methods.

○ Good to have - Previous experience in GenAI or AI/ML-based programs

○ Must Knowledge of GenAI or AI/ML-based technologies

○ Proven experience with managing using Dev Ops concepts.

○ Proven experience with Agile Reporting techniques.○ Proven experience in improving Work –In – Progress (WIP) Management,

○ Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification OR PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification required

○ Good to have knowledge or Experience with Containerization platforms like Kubernetes, Docker.

● Cloud Scrum Master: 7 years (Required)

● DevOps concepts: 5 years (Required)

● KANBAN/SCRUMBAN methods: 7 years (Required)

● Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.

● Foster an agile mindset and ensure adherence to Scrum principles.

● Collaborate closely with development teams, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and priorities.

● Apply deep knowledge of cloud technologies (e.g., Dev Ops, AWS, Azure, GCP) to guide development teams.

● Coach and mentor team members on agile methodologies, best practices, and continuous improvement.

● Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive initiatives to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.

● Implement and track metrics to measure team performance and progress.

● Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership.

● Certifications: Must have at least 1: Agile-CSM or SAFe SM or PSM-I
