  • Data Analysis: This involves collecting, interpreting, and analyzing raw data to find patterns and provide insights that can help businesses make informed decisions.
  • SQL Knowledge: SQL is often used in Tableau to manage and manipulate data. Therefore, a Tableau Developer should be proficient in SQL.
  • Data Visualization: The ability to present data in a clear, concise, and visually appealing manner is a key skill for a Tableau Developer.
  • Understanding of Business Intelligence: Familiarity with BI concepts, strategies, and tools is necessary as it can help in efficiently using Tableau for data analysis and reporting.
