The Senior ServiceNow GRC Developer will play a pivotal role in developing comprehensive solutions across the Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) module. They will provide expert guidance, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure adherence to Agile Scrum methodologies. Key responsibilities include developing GRC workflows, risk mitigation strategies, and collaborating with Cyber Security teams.

Project Information:

• Primary focus on developing GRC workflows and processes.
• Secondary focus on Vulnerability Response and Security Incident Response modules.
• Desired experience with AI and GenAI-related technologies.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Develop solutions within the GRC module, including compliance monitoring and risk identification.
• Partner with Cyber Security teams for regulatory compliance monitoring.
• Lead integration of new modules and automation of evidence gathering.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 4 years of experience with Rest APIs, web-based development languages, SQL, and relational databases.
• 2 years of experience with Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.
• Experience with Integration Hub, Managed and Custom Spokes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 4 years of experience in IT, software development, or ServiceNow administration.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator & Certified ServiceNow Developer.
• Experience with Agile / Scrum methodology.
