- Subject Matter Expert on master data management, analysis and quality.
- Runs standard and ad-hoc data profiling for domain, facilitating data clean-up, readiness.
- Roots down quality issues in the data domain.
- Proactive analysis of data regarding quality issues (data profiling, deduplication, etc.)
- Develops and provides KPIs for quality issues using data visualization solutions.
- Consults local data stewards regarding data quality of core data and facilitates improvements to data.
- Leverage analytical skills to spot data patterns and trace data quality issues back to root cause.
- Influence and collaborate with other departments like developers and supplier coordinating team, and the ability to understand how those groups operate and use master data.
- Work independently and partner with end-users and business partners to assess and document data quality requirements.
Technical skills :
- Able to work with large chemical and components datasets and skilled in mapping data from diverse source CMAP locations to SSMS.
- Import data to SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) for further analysis and manipulation. Also, should create test databases and reference tables for lookups.
- Strong knowledge in writing SQL queries and python
- Strong understanding on ‘SPSS Modeler’ ETL tool and snowflake data warehouse.
- Designing and implementing data models within Snowflake, including defining tables, relationships, and schemas.
- Able to Transform complex datasets into valuable insights through deep data analysis and data transformations.
- Able to utilize excel functions and power queries to handle and manipulate data effectively.
- Should have hands-on MS Power Bi tools to visualize complex data and create interactive charts and dashboards.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to implement scalable and efficient data solutions.
Must Have:
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Data Analysis and Data Mapping
- Should be proficient in writing SQL queries.
Should be proficient in understanding the relationships with the tables.
