We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with a strong focus on Service Cloud Email to Case and Sales Cloud experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in APEX, Lightning Web Components, GitHub, and REST/SOAP APIs. This role will primarily involve working as an individual contributor while collaborating closely with stakeholders and product owners to gather requirements, provide business solutions, and create comprehensive technical documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and product owners.
- Provide technical solutions and recommendations aligned with business needs.
- Develop and customize Salesforce Service Cloud (Email to Case) and Sales Cloud using APEX, Lightning Web Components, and other relevant technologies.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment, participating in design and code sessions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation to ensure system functionality and scalability.
- Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders and product owners to review project progress and gather feedback.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Salesforce platform, with a focus on Service Cloud Email to Case and Sales Cloud.
- Proficiency in APEX, Lightning Web Components, GitHub, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Experience working as an individual contributor, as well as collaborating in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders and product owners.
- Prior experience in conducting design/code sessions and providing technical guidance.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II or Salesforce Certified Administrator is preferred.
