Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile development processes and foster collaboration within our IT project teams. The successful candidate will lead by example, ensuring that Agile principles are followed and that our projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the Scrum Master for one or more Agile development teams, guiding them through the Scrum framework and Agile methodologies.

Facilitate Scrum events such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Remove impediments and obstacles that prevent the team from reaching their goals, escalating issues when necessary.

Coach team members on Agile practices and principles, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Work closely with product owners, stakeholders, and other Scrum Masters to align priorities and dependencies across teams.

Ensure that project documentation is up-to-date and that Agile metrics are captured and reported effectively.

Collaborate with other IT project managers and leaders to optimize processes and drive organizational change.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience with IT Project Management, Agile/Scrum, and Scrum Master roles.

PPM, PSM, CSM certifications preferred.

Prior banking experience preferred.

Strong communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
