JOB DETAIL

Must have experience as a Workday Analyst supporting the financial management module in a hospital/healthcare setting.

 

Exp. in HCM and EPIC .

 

Project description:

Our client has a fully implemented, stable and live workday environment. We’ve had a resource who has been covering since the resignation of someone who was involved in their initial implementation which was several years ago, including the HCM, Financial Management, Payroll and Reporting modules. Since then, their role transitioned into the primary oversight of the Financial Management module. Our client is looking for a resource who can come in immediately and hit the ground running managing the related responsibilities to this part of their Workday environment.

This resource would be part of a team that consists of two HCM analysts, two FIN analysts, one SCM analyst and one Enterprise analyst. They will be responsible for configuration and documentation of changes to the financial management module supporting general cost center changes, expense processes, general finance and supplier accounts. They will also be responsible for any integrations to Epic that involve the financial management platform.

Additionally, they have recently implemented Ascend as a data automation tool that integrates with workday. If this resource has previous experience automating work within Ascend, it would be an added bonus.

Consultants day to day responsibilities:

  • Account posting rules updates
  • Cost center management
  • Cost center build and maintenance: adding and removing
  • Role assignments
  • Building and maintaining all business processes related to general financials
  • Building and maintaining all business processes related to supplier accounts and expenses
  • Supporting the integration work between Epic and Workday
  • Build and validation of integration testing
  • Automating financial workflows with Ascend
