• Implementation and Configuration: Lead or participate in the implementation of SAP TM module, including configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules or external systems.

• Business Process Analysis: Analyze transportation requirements and existing processes within the organization to identify areas for improvement and optimization using SAP TM.

• Solution Design: Design transportation management solutions based on business requirements, considering best practices and SAP TM functionalities.

• System Testing and Support: Conduct system testing including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing. Provide support during the testing phase and post-implementation support to resolve issues and optimize performance.

• Training and Documentation: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users. Create documentation including user manuals, process flows, and configuration documents.

• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, logistics, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of transportation management processes with overall business objectives. 

• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest SAP TM developments and industry trends. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in transportation management processes and SAP TM system.

Experience:

• Demonstrated experience in SAP TM implementation and configuration.

• Experience with end-to-end transportation management processes including transportation planning, execution, freight cost management, and analytics.

• Strong understanding of integration between SAP TM and other SAP modules (such as SAP ERP, SAP EWM) and third-party systems.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management is a plus.

1. Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in SAP TM configuration and customization.

• Knowledge of SAP ABAP programming language is desirable.

• Familiarity with SAP Fiori user interface and SAP Cloud Platform Integration is advantageous.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

3. Certification: SAP TM certification is preferred but not mandatory.
