Qualifications

• Attention to details to include ability to follow written and verbal directions and error free written communication 
• Manage multiple projects and priorities, tasks and coordinate various channels of communication. 
• Ability to facilitate and conduct meetings while asking questions and soliciting feedback, presenting and capturing notes/requirements in various software.
• Ability to evaluate new technologies, frameworks and tools to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement and recommend.
• Proficient in using AS/400, ICOMS billing application, maintaining application process on AS400, generating SQL for accessing ICOMS DB. 
• Familiarity with tools around the iseries technology, Stored Procedures, SQL/400, RPG/ILE programming. 
• Able to navigate and manage the inhouse application on the AS400/Iseries server.
• Experienced in standing/managing an eventing process/messaging process on the AS400 platform.
• Ability to guide and mentor team members to adopt best practices and coding standards.

• Help resolve technical challenges in Iseries, perform application optimization.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with internal client stakeholders, product managers and developers to gather and analyze requirements.
• Deep understanding of technology stack, frameworks and tools like (ICOMS, Mainframe technologies, SQL).
• Leads the technical discussion calls with the client and manages requirements gathering and analysis activities by working with internal client stakeholders, developers, designers, QA analysts, etc. 
• Knowledge on creating user stories and dashboards in Jira.
• Lead the Offshore team and provide technical guidance and support while development and QA testing phase.
• Perform code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to best practices and maintainability. 
• Work closely with Dev team to implement best code practices.
• Work closely with Project Managers in delivering the projects on timely manner.
• Participate in design discussions with Technical Teams.
• Develop prototypes and proof of concepts to validate technical feasibility and demonstrate proposed solutions to stakeholders.
• Good problem-solving techniques.
• Good communication skills to communicate technical concepts
• Manages requirement changes throughout the project lifecycle. Balances business requirements with technical feasibility and sustainability. Ensures that appropriate project documentation is produced throughout the project lifecycle.
• Familiar with configuration in the ICOMS billing system and building solutions around different modules ICOMS billing system. i.e., Customer/House Maintenance, Order Entry, Pricing, Equipment’s, etc.     
• Managed and coordinated activities concerning the ICOMS platform by researching functionality inquires, managing system enhancement requests, and providing support for billing system releases and upgrades. 
• Built and executed complex SQL queries to produce data sets for analysis/impacts and defined processes to determine the best fit design solution. 
• Produce design for system components that meet functional and non-functional requirements taking performance, scalability and non-functional requirements.
• Creating architectural diagrams, documentation and presentations to communicate technical design and decisions effectively.
