Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or relevant business technical experience.
- Extensive technical experience in Salesforce implementation, including Salesforce programming experience and/or certifications, with a specialty in Salesforce Lightning or Classic.
- Salesforce consultant-level knowledge, particularly in CRM and ERP or other cloud solutions.
- Proficiency with Apex Code, web components, APIs, and relational Salesforce database management.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience enhancing business capabilities within Salesforce solutions, including Customer Service and/or Cloud Solutions.
- Extensive technical experience as a Salesforce Developer in analyzing IT business processes, software application/IT platform design, and IT documentation.
- Expertise in application/IT platform administration and the software development life cycle, including testing execution.
- Experience in developing and maintaining documentation related to workflow, business requirements, and technical functionality.
- Knowledge of risk and controls, with experience identifying and fixing gaps, documenting controls, and testing those controls.
- Salesforce Developer Certification.
- Object-oriented programming experience (Apex code, Lightning web components, flows).
- Basic knowledge of and/or experience in the Electric and Gas Utility Industry.
