- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business requirements writing, specifically in data-related projects.
- Strong background in SQL and experience with ETL processes and tools.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with business users and developers.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and actionable technical specifications.
- Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R is desirable.
