JOB DETAIL

  • Provide support to the HR team and employees using Workday.
  • Perform system configuration and maintenance based on developed requirements and evolving business needs.
  • Provide support for systems used by our Workday functional teams to identify and resolve tenant configuration, business process and or integration issues while making recommendations for and implementing process improvements.
  • Monitor and maintain security requirements for multiple tenants, including complex security roles.
  • Work with customers to gather user requirements, design, preconfigure, coordinate user testing, and implement modifications to Workday’s modules.
  • Ensure data integrity through aggregate analysis and an understanding of the processes deployed.
  • Review business procedures and workflows to ensure system features are being fully utilized and identify Workday features that may improve efficiency.
  • Work with functional users to provide solutions for unique business needs within a consolidated business process.
  • Coordinate with the Workday team on implementation of new releases, fixes, and upgrades with technical teams and users.
  • Recommend changes to configuration or adoption of new functionalities.
  • Guide functional users on adoption of new processes.
  • Ensure we always maintain a secure and SOX compliant Workday estate.

Qualifications:  

  • 3+ years of hands-on Workday HCM administration experience.
  • 3+ years of hands-on Performance and Advance Comp
  • 3+ years of hands-on Workday Reporting.
  • Strong understanding of recruiting, onboarding, and human resources business processes using Workday.
  • Ability to own the design and configuration of multiple modules in Workday.
  • Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and requests simultaneously.
