Qualifications: Minimum 10+ years of experience

Proven experience in AS400 technology having strong programming and analytical experience for Transformation and Modernization projects

Expertise to configure, use, generate and document X-Analysis tool

Deep understanding of AS400 architecture, operating system, and associated technologies (e.g., RPG400/RPGLE, COBOL400/CBLLE, CL400/CLP/CLLE, SQL/SQLLE, Screen Design, Printer Files, Batch process, subsystems, and integrations)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with Internal Functional BAs and Technical team to generate X-Analysis output. Ability to understand existing application code and translate to plain English to assist functional BAs

 to derive business logic, gather requirements, and document user stories.

Process Analysis: Assist internal Functional BAs to analyze existing business processes. s

Communication: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements.
