This role will be working closely with the HIEA Program Manager to understand dependencies across the ecosystem.
This Planning Analyst will coordinate across multiple teams to schedule needed sessions, including but not limited to:requirements gathering, workgroups, statement of work review, project plans,design review, UAT, kickoff calls and demos.
Creates and maintains documentation to support SOPs and related processes and workflows, project plans, budgets, reports, presentations,and meeting minutes.
Communicates effectively with partners at SAS, NCDHHS, and payer and provider organizations to ensure alignment on shared project plans and reporting
Ability to use: JIRA, Microsoft office products(ex. Project. Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint), SharePoint, and Confluence.
Maintains awareness and understanding of the agencys Strategic business vision, mission, objectives, priorities, relevant legislation, governance, and funding sources & deadlines.
