Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with minimum 12+Years of relevant experience.
Must Worked for a pharma/biopharma client in the past
You Should have worked with business stakeholders, or supported key business functions or have familiarity with LS commercial datasets or have LS pharma domain knowledge
Must be a Strong Business Analyst experienced guy
You should be a BA resource on LS commercial background should have below experience,
Strong 5+ years of experience analyzing & interpreting data insights on IQVIA, Symphony, Veeva Open Source, SP/SD data
Must have a 5+ years of experience in implementing commercial IT & Business collaborative engagement
You should have a 3+ years of experience working with Sales Ops, Marketing Ops or Field Ops team as part of requirement gathering.
Strong 3+ years of experience understanding the product launch life cycle or LS commercial life cycle
Must have Experience working in Commercial departments of organizations like Genentech, Gilead, Roche, Merck, Pfizer, Amgen, AstraZeneca, Eli Lilly, J&J, AbbVie, BMS, Novartis etc. would be ideal
Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail.
