JOB DETAIL

  • Performs preliminary troubleshooting and technical assistance for hardware and associated software.
  • Resolves customer issues where applicable and within position skill set.
  • Escalates customer issue appropriately.
  • Maintains professional and friendly demeanor in all interactions with customer base and internal external teams.
  • Unpacking, staging desktop and laptop hardware to prepare for deployment to agency
  • Imaging and installation of software onto devices

Duration: Approximately 6 Months

Required Skills:

  • Previous experience provisioning and deploying desktop hardware including desktops, laptops and peripherals4Years
  • Experience troubleshooting & providing technical assistance for basic desktop laptop hardware software issues4Years
  • Experience unpacking, staging desktop and laptop hardware to prepare for deployment4Years
  • Experience resolving customer end user issues4Years
  • Experience maintaining professional and friendly demeanor in ALL interactions with customer base and internal external teams 4 Years

Highly Desired Skills:

  • Experience provisioning equipment with Microsoft technology (SCCM) 4 Years
