- Performs preliminary troubleshooting and technical assistance for hardware and associated software.
- Resolves customer issues where applicable and within position skill set.
- Escalates customer issue appropriately.
- Maintains professional and friendly demeanor in all interactions with customer base and internal external teams.
- Unpacking, staging desktop and laptop hardware to prepare for deployment to agency
- Imaging and installation of software onto devices

- Previous experience provisioning and deploying desktop hardware including desktops, laptops and peripherals4Years
- Experience troubleshooting & providing technical assistance for basic desktop laptop hardware software issues4Years
