6+ years of experience as a Python Developer with strong portfolio of projects
Understanding of Python software development ecosystems including Numpy, Pandas, and Flask
Ability to create data processing pipelines
Demonstrated participation in code reviews, ensuring code quality and identifying areas for improvement to implement practical solutions
Debugging code when required and troubleshooting Python-related queries
Experience with projects related to P&C Insurance Rate Management, Pricing, and/or UW functions
Experience in Developing and maintaining documentation related to workflow and business requirements, as well as technical functionality of IT applications/IT Platform.
Experience w/ Earnix
Ability to lead the design, decomposition, and delivery of work needed by a team to achieve project goals.
Skilled in understanding business needs, turning business requirements into code, executing robust testing, performing demos, and participating in broader testing activities on an operational system.
Experience w/ Software Development Lifecycle, (SDLC) principles, managing your work in JIra (or similar project management tool) and actively participating in Agile Ceremonies/ Routines.
