JOB DETAIL

  • Must have prior experience of leading a team of minimum 10 person.

  • Proven experience as a Manual QA Tester, with a strong understanding of software testing concepts and techniques.

  • Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.

 

Detailed Job Description:

  • Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases based on project requirements and specifications.

  • Execute manual test cases and analyze results to identify defects, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement.

  • Document and track defects using bug tracking tools, providing clear and detailed information for developers to reproduce and resolve issues.

  • Conduct regression testing to ensure that software updates, enhancements, and bug fixes do not adversely affect existing functionality.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and business analysts to understand project requirements and ensure that testing efforts align with business objectives.

  • Provide timely and accurate status updates on testing progress, including test execution metrics, defect reports, and risk assessments.

  • Proven experience as a Manual QA Tester, with a strong understanding of software testing concepts and techniques.

  • Good working knowledge on different sandboxes and performing testing activities.

  • Good to Have - Salesforce knowledge and performed some QA testing activities around Salesforce application
