- Candidate MUST have at least 10-12 years of IT experience.
- Application Express for Oracle (APEX), PL/SQL, SQL, HTML, XML
- Ability to work with users and business analysts to create technical specifications for new development and documentation for existing applications.
- 3 years’ experience coding, testing, and debugging APEX applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, and 2 years’ experience in information systems and analysis with APEX.
