JOB DETAIL

The team will be responsible for all resource changes – onboarding, offboarding, extensions, any other resource changes – rates, etc. for consultants and employees – which includes submitting VMS tickets for financial approval, requests for VDIs, equipment, security badges, parking, guest wifi.  They are responsible for creating Resource Change tickets and profiles for new resources.  Managers need someone who can do that and also help to manage the workload for the team and assist me with monitoring and follow-ups.  Managers may have this person work with the VMS team to manage the VMS process – distributing candidate profiles to the hiring managers and gathering and sharing feedback.  Managers need someone who has good critical thinking skills, good analytical skills, and someone who can work independently and also collaborate and work well with the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Role is in support of employee and consultant onboarding and tasks include submitting procurement requests, access requests, creating resource profiles, administrative tasks, and other projects and analysis as needed
  • Manage an assigned set of Resource Change Requests that include onboarding, offboarding, extensions, and other changes for all USB resources 
  • Maintain focus on risks and interdependencies across the WFM processes, raising awareness and providing input into how to proactively address concerns that pose risks to budget and/or onboarding timelines
  • Drive results and resolve issues including the ability to assess and course correct, as necessary
  • Display strong organizational skills
  • Display strong initiative, addressing issues without prompting
  • Ability to work independently, within the team, and across the organization

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ experience in managing multiple tasks/priorities 
  • Excellent collaboration skills
  • Persuasive communication and interpersonal skills; good consensus builder
  • Strong drive for results; able to meet tight deadlines in a fluid, challenging environment
  • Capable of executing short-term tactical plans and tasks
  • Proven history of time management, organization skills, and detail-oriented
  • Critical thinker
  • Ability to multi-task and comfortable working with ambiguity at times
