JOB DETAIL

Focus Area : Asset Management and ServiceNow Development

Skills:
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows with a focus on Asset Management.
• Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) solutions, including Asset, Configuration, and Contract Management modules.
• Customize ServiceNow forms, tables, lists, and UI components to meet business requirements.
• Develop and implement automation scripts, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts to enhance functionality and user experience.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and tools using APIs, web services, and middleware solutions.
• Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure quality and reliability of developed solutions.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, customizations, and development activities.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including Asset Management, CMDB, Service Catalog, and Workflow.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant programming languages.
• Experience with ServiceNow integration using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration technologies.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritizing workload effectively.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices is a plus.
• Experience working on AWS
