Technical Lead works as a key focal who brings the Technology expertise to fulfil business requirements and deliver the complete solution for the customer utilizing the best BKMs which are being utilized in the industry Certification Certified Implementation Specialist CSM certification.
Must have ServiceNow implementation experience with Proficiency in ServiceNow CSM configuration, customization, and integration. Service Now CSA , CAD certifications.
At least 4 years of experience in implementing ServiceNow CSM projects.
Implemented 2 complex CSM projects.

Qualification-
Design and deliver ServiceNow Customer Workflows solutions with a technical architecture designed for long-term success and following ServiceNow technical standards and leading practices. Participate in process flow analysis and process redesign along with clients to assess current processes and establish future-state processes. Leads daily scrum calls with development team, business analysts, and process owners Knowledge of web-based systems architecture, service-based architecture, enterprise application architecture as well as experience managing expectations and priorities. Must demonstrate good judgment and pragmatic approach to delivering a solution that optimizes architecture activities across company needs, business constraints and technological realities. Coordinate with Platform Architects to ensure designs meet development guidelines and best practices
