Designing & Developing Software Systems involving
o Working closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements.
o Designing software architectures that meet scalability, maintainability, and reliability standards.
o Ensuring that the code is high-quality and meets the requirements and standards of the organization.
o Software reliability, scalability, and uncomplicated useability – a staff software engineer is responsible for ensuring that the software meets all these standards. This also includes the identification of potential problems not only when the development process is in deep waters but also early in the cycle. Of course, taking remedial steps to address these issues before they become threatening.
o Support the build and deployment pipeline and when necessary, both diagnose and solve production support issues.
o Identify, scope, and architect solutions for new features while considering technology alternatives and all impacts / tradeoffs.
o Work closely with Product, Design, and QA to deliver world-class digital experiences.
o Provide end-to-end support to applications.
o Diagnose / troubleshoot extremely complex issues independently.
o Lead large initiatives within the team, including technical design / delivery of complex features across multiple systems as client improves the customer and Partner user experiences.
Operate with minimal direction to drive large-scale initiatives.
o Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams
o Providing Technical Guidance to juniors
o Evaluating & Recommending New Tools, Technologies, & Methodologies
o Ensuring Compliance with Industry Standards
o Expert knowledge of Java Springboot, Microservices
o Knowledgeable in docker containerization, Kubernetes, and related technologies.
o Good Communication and ability to lead teams and manage diverse stakeholders
