• Manage day-to-day activities of SAP cloud-based SuccessFactors implementation program
• Coordinate with Program Management team and other project members
• Oversee project delivery from technical perspective including design, configuration, testing, and go-live
• Develop and execute delivery plans aligned with organizational goals
• Ensure timely completion of project deliverables meeting organizational standards
• Identify and manage project risks and issues, escalating as needed
• Lead workstreams, guide team members, and perform individual tasks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Generate and share project status reports and inputs for steering committee reports

Technical Experience:

• 10+ years implementing SAP HCM
• 7+ years implementing SAP SuccessFactors (Cloud-based SaaS)
• Proficiency in various SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, etc.
• Strong understanding of HR business processes
• Previous experience in program management in complex global environments, managing teams, solutions, and project delivery
• Familiarity with matrixed organizations and navigating complex structures
• Hands-on configuration experience in both on-premises and cloud environments
• Experience with technical aspects like data migration, interfaces, and architecture
• Excellent communication skills, including interactions with senior stakeholders
• Proficiency in non-SAP tools such as MS Project, Confluence, JIRA, SharePoint, and MS Office suite
