This resource needs to come out of Large Trader Reporting (TPR) industry and ideally has direct experience with Credit Risk products (understands the business concepts like reporting in basil, watch levels for institutional risk and other related concepts)
The resource should be able to proxy as a product owner and needs to be able to work with Jira and Confluence
Development is almost complete, the BA/BSA will understand the business and work back into the development teams with requirements – needs to be comfortable working with technology (and agile dev team) but the focus is more on the business side knowledge here
