We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Azure Data Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Azure Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust data solutions on the Azure platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient data pipelines.

Responsibilities:

- Design and implement end-to-end data solutions on the Azure platform, including data ingestion, transformation, storage, and analytics.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Develop and optimize data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, and other relevant tools.

- Ensure data security and compliance by implementing appropriate measures and best practices.

- Perform data profiling, cleansing, and validation to ensure data quality and integrity.

- Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in Azure data engineering and recommend innovative solutions to enhance data processing and analysis capabilities.

- Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

- Minimum of 15 years of experience in data engineering, with at least 5 years focus on Azure technologies.

- Strong expertise in designing and implementing data solutions using Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics, and other relevant Azure services.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.

- Solid understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL/ELT processes.

- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, such as Azure SQL Database and Azure Cosmos DB.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data requirements.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
