What You Bring:
Familiarity and expertise with Agile principles and frameworks, including story writing and estimation, facilitation, and identification and implementation of continuous improvement (CI).
Experience working and proficiency in performing the role of Scrum Master.
Expertise in facilitation and tracking of Objectives & Key Results (OKRs), prioritization, backlog refinement, and specialty workshops.
Proven capabilities in: (i) delivery, (ii) reporting and metrics, (iii) Agile toolchains (Jira, Jira Align, Miro, etc.).
Required Qualifications:
Certified Scrum Master Certification.
Experience in serving as a Scrum Master within the financial services industry on multiple teams
