 Proven experience in a SAFe environment  
 Extensive background as a Scrum Master for software development teams, ideally Java, in an enterprise setting  
 Hands-on experience in an AWS environment or AWS migration project  
 Proficiency with Kanban  
 Skilled in leading Sprint Sessions  
 Strong understanding of application deployments, releases, and managing impediments  
 Experience managing at least two Scrum teams (team size: 12-15) 

Nice to Have:
- SAFe certifications (SASM, SSM, SA)  
- Previous experience in the airline or travel industry
