As a SAP Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of SAP projects, from initiation through to closure.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and third-party vendors to ensure the timely and successful delivery of SAP solutions that align with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of SAP projects, ensuring adherence to project scope, timeline, and budget.

Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with key stakeholders.

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocation to effectively manage project activities and milestones.

Coordinate with internal and external teams to gather requirements, conduct gap analysis, and define project deliverables.

Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes.

Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members, stakeholders, and executive leadership to ensure alignment and transparency.

Track project progress, report on key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular updates to project sponsors and stakeholders.

Lead change management activities, including organizational readiness assessments, stakeholder engagement, and training initiatives to support successful project adoption.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
