• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience working as a Business System Analyst or similar role, with a focus on Customer Master Data Management.
• Experience with data cleansing techniques and tools.
• Familiarity with data hygiene best practices and strategies.
• Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
• Strong understanding of customer master data management, including data standardization and data hygiene.
• Expertise in MDM, and customer matching techniques, including probabilistic matching and fuzzy matching.

Proficiency in SQL.
