JOB DETAIL

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect with a strong background in Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and Telecom Service Operations Management (T-SOM). The ideal candidate will have 11-12 years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing ServiceNow solutions, with a focus on optimizing and integrating CMDB and T-SOM functionalities.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Architecture Design: Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring they meet the needs of the organization and adhere to industry best practices.
  • CMDB Management: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the ServiceNow CMDB, ensuring accurate and up-to-date configuration item data.
  • T-SOM Integration: Integrate and optimize T-SOM capabilities within the ServiceNow platform to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Solution Development: Develop customized ServiceNow solutions, including workflows, scripts, and integrations, to address specific business needs.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation and adoption of ServiceNow capabilities.
  • Best Practices: Establish and promote best practices for ServiceNow development, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of the ServiceNow platform to ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of the ServiceNow architecture, processes, and procedures.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Experience: 11-12 years of experience in IT with a significant focus on ServiceNow architecture, CMDB, and T-SOM.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including CMDB and T-SOM functionalities.
  • Certifications: Relevant ServiceNow certifications (e.g., ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist).

 

Skills:

 

  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and how they integrate with ServiceNow.
  • Experience with integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

  • Advanced Certifications: Advanced ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Certified Technical Architect).
  • Project Management: Experience managing large-scale ServiceNow projects from inception to completion.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of telecommunications industry standards and practices, particularly related to service operations management.
