JOB DETAIL

  • Administer and configure ServiceNow platform according to business requirements.
  • Customize ServiceNow applications based on user needs.
  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, forms, scripts, and reports.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions.
  • Perform system integrations with other applications and tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow.
  • Implement best practices for ServiceNow administration and development.
  • Train end-users on ServiceNow functionality and usage.
  • Stay updated with ServiceNow releases and new features.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow administration, including but not limited to workflow configuration, UI policies, and ACLs.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and practices.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • ServiceNow certification(s) preferred.
