JOB DETAIL

The ideal candidate must have 7-10 years of total experience working as a Project Manager in an Agile environment along with:

  • 5+ years as a PM working on Onboarding Initiatives for large corporations ideally in Financial Services Industry
  • Expertise maintaining focus on risks and interdependencies across the WFM processes, raising awareness and providing input into how to proactively address concerns that pose risk to budget and/or onboarding timelines.
  • SAFe Certification would be a big plus

 

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Role is in support of employee and consultant onboarding and tasks include submitting procurement requests, access requests, creating resource profiles, administrative tasks and other projects and analysis as needed
  • Manage an assigned set of Resource Change Requests that include onboarding, offboarding, extensions and other changes for all Division resources
  • Maintain focus on risks and interdependencies across the WFM processes, raising awareness and providing input into how to proactively address concerns that pose risk to budget and/or onboarding timelines
  • Drive results and resolve issues including the ability to assess and course correct, as necessary
  • Display strong organizational skills
  • Display strong initiative, addressing issues without prompting
  • Ability to work independently, within the team and across the organization

 

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ experience in managing multiple tasks / priorities
  • Excellent collaboration skills
  • Persuasive communication and interpersonal skills; good consensus builder
  • Strong drive for results; able to meet tight deadlines in a fluid, challenging environment
  • Capable of executing short-term tactical plans and tasks
  • Proven history of time-management, organization skills and detail oriented
  • Critical thinker
  • Ability to multi-task and comfortable working with ambiguity at times
