The ideal candidate must have 7-10 years of total experience working as a Project Manager in an Agile environment along with:
- 5+ years as a PM working on Onboarding Initiatives for large corporations ideally in Financial Services Industry
- Expertise maintaining focus on risks and interdependencies across the WFM processes, raising awareness and providing input into how to proactively address concerns that pose risk to budget and/or onboarding timelines.
- SAFe Certification would be a big plus
Responsibilities:
- Role is in support of employee and consultant onboarding and tasks include submitting procurement requests, access requests, creating resource profiles, administrative tasks and other projects and analysis as needed
- Manage an assigned set of Resource Change Requests that include onboarding, offboarding, extensions and other changes for all Division resources
- Maintain focus on risks and interdependencies across the WFM processes, raising awareness and providing input into how to proactively address concerns that pose risk to budget and/or onboarding timelines
- Drive results and resolve issues including the ability to assess and course correct, as necessary
- Display strong organizational skills
- Display strong initiative, addressing issues without prompting
- Ability to work independently, within the team and across the organization
Qualifications:
- 5+ years’ experience in managing multiple tasks / priorities
- Excellent collaboration skills
- Persuasive communication and interpersonal skills; good consensus builder
- Strong drive for results; able to meet tight deadlines in a fluid, challenging environment
- Capable of executing short-term tactical plans and tasks
- Proven history of time-management, organization skills and detail oriented
