Experience supporting application and web server technologies
Familiarity with automation frameworks such as Ansible and Puppet
Understanding of java technologies from a server / sys admin perspective
Experience supporting multiple applications across large enterprises
Helpful if they know Splunk and/or Systems Center Operation Manager (SCOM).
Ideal person needs to be self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to pick up additional technical skills quickly.

Good organizational and communication skills are necessary as this person will be working directly with end users and customers.

REQUIRED:
o SDLC, ITIL, server administration, navigate Splunk queries
o Scripting languages (Powershell, korn, linux)
o Automation experience (they use Puppet, but Ansible or Chef are ok)
o Certifications: ITIL, Redhat System Administrator, OR Windows Systems Administrator
· Exposure to infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE testing would be a big plus
