1.            Excellent written and verbal communication

2.            5+ years’ experience in designing solutions with Power BI

3.            In-depth knowledge and experience on capacity planning and optimizing Power BI premium workloads

4.            Hands-on with troubleshooting performance issues with Power BI Premium hosted reports

5.            Expertise in designing/developing reports with Power BI

                                0.            Designing Reports against cloud and on-prem data sources

                                1.            Good knowledge of working with Enterprise Gateway, data refreshes scheduled through service, or through REST APIs

                                2.            Power BI Dataflows

                                3.            Data Modelling using complex DAX calculation

                                4.            Power BI Paginated reports

6.            Experience implementing robust security model in Power BI solutions

7.            Experience building reporting solutions using Tableau

8.            Any prior experience migrating Tableau to Power BI will be highly valued

Secondary - Modern Data Platform

1.            Experience building solutions for Data Pipelines, Data warehousing, Data Modelling on Azure Data Platform

2.            Experience working with ADF pipeline and Databricks to build data movement pipelines

3.            Experience working with Data Lake, Synapse DW on Azure

4.            Expertise with SQL Server and extensive experience with SQL programming

5.            Experience with Big Data processing, using Big Data technologies on Azure platform
