1.            Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

2.            Proven experience as a SailPoint developer or similar role, with at least 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ.

3.            Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, BeanShell, or JavaScript.

4.            In-depth understanding of identity and access management principles, including authentication, authorization, provisioning, and role-based access control (RBAC).

5.            Experience with integrating SailPoint IdentityIQ with enterprise systems using connectors and APIs.

6.            Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.

7.            Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

8.            Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
