• Provide support for EDS eDirectory and Identity Management servers.
• Work on patching, upgrading, and building servers.
• Work with Microfocus support backline on outages and other problems.
• Participate in projects such as new application deployment, upgrades, etc.

Mandatory Skills/Experience:

• Minimum 12 years of experience as an Identity Management Engineer, with a proven track record of successfully working with technologies such as Identity Management (UserApp) servers, iManager, LDAP, Microfocus Access Manager, NetIQ eDirectory, and OAUTH.
• The extensive experience required encompasses expertise in various identity and access management solutions, including directory services, access management tools, and authentication protocols.

Desirable Skills/Experience:

• Experience with Windows AD, Azure, AWS
• Certifications: IAM Level 1 & 2 Certifications
