Involve in all aspects of solution engineering, design scalable solutions following enterprise architecture guidelines.
Use technical knowledge, creativity and company practices and priorities to obtain solutions to complex problems.
Own the solution from requirements gathering to final delivery working with various partners – users, architects, developers, and release team members.
Capture the requirements from users with a focus on the complete solution.
Design, develop and maintain Workday integrations using best practices and industry standards.
Coordinate with architecture team to ensure the solution is meeting the Ally’s standards.
Work with developers translating the requirements into a final product.
Validate the solution against the requirements and work with users obtaining sign-off
Monitor platform health and work with Workday to resolve product issues.
Perform the impact analysis to current functionality due to Workday upgrades, plan and execute mitigation steps to minimize the impact.
Identify test scenarios, prepare test cases, and execute test plans to ensure quality deliverables.
Keep the documentation up to date for all changes and new development within Integration space.
Interface with senior management to provide and obtain information and to build consensus regarding project direction.
Collaborates with other developers and provides significant contributions to develop specifications to resolve business client questions, problems, and to address enhancement needs.
