Must Haves: Excellent communicator with strong soft skills. Be able to lead projects on time, budget and within scope. Experience working in a matrixed environment with a PMO, portfolio structure and multiple business stakeholders. HCM technology experience is important. Master project management experience aligned to PMI (incl. financial management, WBS time management, risk/issue management and mitigation, project management presentation materials, etc) and be able to work within ETP PPMO processes and portfolio guidelines.
