• Customer focused, result oriented, self-motivated, and highly experienced in cross-group collaboration.
• Should have knowledge of core Java/Spring boot, Python, Angular and Micro services API architecture.

• Experience with CI/CD pipeline automation, containerization, etc.
• Technical support experience with both Front End and Back End Knowledge
• Should have experience working in Agile methodologies.
• Should have knowledge of CICD/DevOps tools and should have hands-on experience leveraging CICD tools for deployment and versioning.
• Minimal experience with cloud infrastructure and security controls in AWS, Azure, and Snowflake.
• Knowledge of network, web, and application related protocols (TCP/IP, IPSec, HTTPS, SSL/TLS, JDBC, routing, switching, firewall).
• Should have experience in handling production support activities, ticket troubleshooting, performing root cause analysis.
• Troubleshoot technical problems accurately and efficiently. Document technical issues.
• Continuously learn about new products, features, and troubleshooting techniques.
