- 4 week sprints

- Approach the tasks in an agile manner
- Needs to know Jira and Confluence
- Understand Velocity – help teams get better
- Listen & understand and able to create in Jira
- Backlogs
- Story points
- Great communication and metrics
Required Skills
- Scrum master expert (not just a ‘certification’; must have run scrum projects for several years)
- Security experience (ideal, but not a must)
- Change Management experience a bonus (project will require extended Change Mgmt)
- Active Directory; Identity & Access Management (IAM) experience a plus
Required Education
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of Information Security experience
- 3+ years of Information Technology experience
- 3+ years of experience in managing teams and projects
- Relevant certification in project management (preferred)
