Client is seeking a seasoned SAP QA Lead with over five years of specialized experience in SAP modules such as FSCD, FS-RI, SAP BP, Workflow, and FiGL.
The role involves leading a QA team across onsite and offshore environments, crafting and executing test cases for system enhancements, and managing regression test scripts.
A strong background in software testing, SAP integrations, and familiarity with insurance domain practices is essential.
Experience with SAP TOSCA, Solution Manager, ChaRM, and a track record in business analysis within the P&C insurance sector is highly desirable.
Must Have:
Property and Causality insurance experience is a must have.-must have -recent

Must Have SAP Tosca and ChaRM
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead QA team of 3-6 members at onsite/offshore environment.
Troubleshoot and triage source-to-target system data using XML, log viewers, interface, and SAP data.
Construct and execute test cases for new enhancement and defect fixes.
Document test failures to assist the developers to investigate the failure.
Maintain and update regression test scripts with each new release.
Coordinate testing with other application teams.
TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of SAP experience in FSCD, FS-RI, SAP BP, Workflow, and FiGL modules.
Proficiency with SAP TOSCA Automation Tool and SAP Solution Manager (SolMan).
Ability to create new test cases, analyze failures, and fix the test scripts independently.
Strong collaborative skills to work with various SAP teams and comprehend automation requirements.
Must have 2+ years of Business Analysis (BA), Quality Analyst (QA) experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance sector.
Experience in BA and/or QA application maintenance, enhancement, and Production Support in IT systems.
Knowledge of SAP BAPI/RFC and integration experience with upstream applications, particularly GuideWire or similar Policy/Claim Administration Systems.
Proficient in developing and reviewing test plans, scenarios, cases, scripts, and in bug/defect analysis.
Experience with SAP ChaRM for release management and coordination with SAP BASIS teams for production deployments.
A solid foundation in SAP and a thorough understanding of software testing life cycles.
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
