15 to 18 years of total IT Experience out of which should have worked on at least one large transformation project from Legacy Platform to Modern Digital Platform

-      Should be good in understanding on Solution and Enterprise Architecture on a holistic perspective

-      Should have experience in implementing COTS product and implementing Integration across multiple platforms on varied technology stack

-      Should have very good written and oral communication skill and should have presented executive level program synopsis with Customer and HCL

-      Telecom Domain experience in implementing Loan / Lease will be added advantage

-      Should have lead a team and mentor the team working on Java Springboot – Reactive Microservices will be added advantage

-      Should have knowledge on different Databases – Relational and Non-Relational like Oracle, Cassandra, Mongo DB

-      Should have implemented solution on implementing Monitoring tool using New Relic

-      Deployment of the Services on Cloud Platform (AWS) will be required, while experience on other cloud platforms like Azure or GCP will be added advantage

-      Integration and understanding legacy platform will be added advantage

-      Should have experience in managing and reporting the updates to all stakeholders
