JOB DETAIL

  • Design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow solutions aligned with ITIL standards.
  • Utilize advanced knowledge of the ServiceNow platform to architect solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Obtain and maintain relevant certifications including Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), or Certified Master Architect (CMA).
  • Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise software and third-party applications using REST, SOAP, or FHIR/HL7 protocols.
  • Automate business processes within ServiceNow, focusing on ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM functionalities.
  • Manage ServiceNow upgrades, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to existing services.
  • Utilize Performance Analytics and reporting tools to derive actionable insights from ServiceNow data.
  • Lead ServiceNow implementation projects from conception through to completion, utilizing strong project management skills.
  • Provide training and coaching to team members and users on ServiceNow functionalities and best practices.
  • Implement security practices and role-based access control within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in scripting languages supported by ServiceNow including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
  • Maintain detailed documentation for systems, processes, and compliance requirements.

    Qualifications:

  • ITIL certification is required.
  • Advanced knowledge of the ServiceNow platform with a deep understanding of its functionalities, architecture, and modular structure.
  • Previous experience in integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise software and third-party applications.
  • Strong project management skills with a proven track record of leading successful ServiceNow implementation projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to train and coach team members and users.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
  • Commitment to maintaining detailed documentation and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
