JOB DETAIL

  • Manage or assist in the management of projects within the constraints of human and financial resources and changing priorities to ensure the successful completion of the project. Partner with the lead project manager to coordinate the scope of work between you. Establish and ensure transparent reporting of financials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial management/reconciliation (e.g., Latest Best Estimates, AbbVie Internal Systems, etc.)
  • Assist the lead Project Manager in the management of other project activities as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems/Computer Science, or related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of demonstrated experience in project management.
  • Proven Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills are required.
  • Must be able to work on-site (Lake County Illinois) at least occasionally.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PPM Tool experience
  • Pharmaceutical experience
  • ServiceNow experience

  • AbbVie Functional Leads, Portfolio Managers, Project Managers, PMO Administrative Resources
