Collaborate with QA and development teams to understand testing requirements and acceptance criteria.

• Design and develop automated test scripts using test automation frameworks and tools.

• Execute automated test scripts to verify software functionalities and uncover defects.

• Identify and document software defects and issues, working closely with developers to resolve them.

• Conduct regression testing to ensure that software changes and enhancements do not adversely affect existing features.

• Analyze test results and provide detailed test reports to stakeholders and the development team.

• Maintain and update automated test suites to keep pace with changes in software functionality.

• Work on continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to automate testing processes.

• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality and testability.

• Collaborate with manual testers to identify test scenarios suitable for automation.

• Stay updated with the latest testing tools, methodologies, and industry best practices.

• Strong proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, or Cypress.

• Solid programming skills in languages like Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript for test script development.

• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, TeamCity).

• Understanding of software testing methodologies, test case design, and defect tracking.

• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Effective communication skills to convey test results and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Experience with Agile development methodologies is advantageous.

• Relevant testing certifications, such as ISTQB, are beneficial but not mandatory.
