Product Owner
1. Project Management and Delivery across complex cross functional teams.
2. Well Versed in MS Project and able to apply AGILE principles where necessary.
3. Excellent Communication skills and ability to articulate and lead BUSINESS leaders, Call Center Leads , Vendor Managers, and other stakeholders of the Program and Reporting Track.
4. Someone with a good understanding of the Analytics/Reporting/Data/ETL concepts.

Desirable Skills:
Product Owner
1. Good knowledge on reporting and analytics.
2. Preferably knowledge of Genesys platform.
3. Experience with Call center analytics, metrics.
4. Customer journey management (using Genesys and /or pointillist).
5. Manages the Requirements Backlog for Reporting and Analytics for BPR Reporting Workstream across contact center, IVA , CRM and Pointillist.
