Create accountability tools such as scorecards and performance reviews that focus on KPIs that monitor and drive delivery
Create insightful executive-level and frontline dashboards using data visualization tools
Locate and extract data from a variety of sources for use in analysis, models, and project development
Develop and improve automated reports and analyses to support senior divisional leaders and business units
Understand drivers of the KPIs through various analyses and work closely with the business team to create solutions
Present findings to business leadership
Practice safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in analysis, information science, data visualization, or other relevant quantitative field
Track record of previous experience with creating and developing BI dashboards, excel reports, working with and developing data models
Power BI and SQL, Microsoft Excel experience are a prerequisite
Direct experience communicating with stakeholders, delivering projects end-to-end, and working collaboratively to drive improvement in the overall analytical support of client operations worldwide
Comfortable working in group and individual settings
Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data
Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles
Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
Desired skills:
Familiarity and/or experience with some or all of the following: SAS, R, Tableau, Qlik, Spotfire or other database interface tools and languages
Experience working with REST APIs, Postman will be beneficial
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Science, Business/Management, Mathematics/Statistics, Economics, or other relevant quantitative field
Experience in reporting and analytics roles
Experience in a Program Management or Program Delivery Organization
Experience and understanding of Agile Delivery Frameworks
